On-site Technician (User Support) role in Mons, Belgium, supporting customer office automation and ICT/CIS environments from 28 September through 31 December 2026. The technician will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computing, printing, networking, workstation, server, peripheral, access, and software-deployment environments; support Active Directory and Group Policy; contribute to IT security remediation and IT service management processes; and provide short-term coverage for a NIC absence. The role requires an active NATO SECRET clearance, CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional certification, proven Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager and Active Directory experience, and three years of relevant ICT, user-support, and IT-administration experience.
