Description
CAPRON GmbH is hiring a Technician with Project Responsibility to independently develop and design vehicle concepts, components, and assemblies; coordinate technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders; maintain technical documentation; support prototype and pre-series phases; and lead designers and engineering staff through project implementation. The role requires technical training or a degree, project-management or technical experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, English proficiency, and willingness to travel. It is based at the company’s fixed workplace in Neustadt in Sachsen and offers regular pay and benefits.
