Description

The Aircraft Structures Technician performs structural maintenance, repairs, modifications, inspections, and overhauls on Royal Canadian Air Force CC130J Hercules aircraft at 8 Wing Trenton. The role assesses damage, controls corrosion, replaces or reassembles structural components, performs routine maintenance, and follows technical manuals, drawings, and procedures. Applicants must hold an AME “S” license or Canadian Forces Aircraft Structures Technician qualification with Level A authorization, have recent heavy-aircraft experience, understand airworthiness requirements, hold a valid Ontario driver’s license, and be able to travel for mobile repair parties and work shifts. C130J Hercules qualification and military experience are desired.
