Sopra HR Software is hiring a technico-functional developer for the DSN HR Access module within its Déclarative France platform development program. The role covers end-to-end project phases, module development and maintenance, solution design with offering and legal teams, release rollouts, technical and functional consistency, and collaboration with payroll implementation teams. The position is based in Paris La Défense with a hybrid arrangement allowing up to two days of telework per week, and requires an engineering degree or equivalent qualification, significant HR Access application development experience, payroll and DSN knowledge, and proficiency with Linux, Oracle, and SQL.
