Description
Organon is hiring one Technieker Automatisatie for its production site in Heist-op-den-Berg. The role supports a two-shift maintenance team in a highly automated pharmaceutical environment by troubleshooting and preventing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures; diagnosing PLC-controlled systems; performing calibration; maintaining documentation; analyzing PI data; and contributing to automation and improvement projects. The position requires a technical A1-level education or equivalent experience, maintenance and instrumentation knowledge, English for documentation, and willingness to work in a two-shift system and on-call rotation.
