Description
The role leads complex renovation and refurbishment projects across all project phases, coordinating external planners, architects, experts, and construction companies while managing schedules, costs, tenders, contracts, and technical due diligence. It develops economically viable repositioning and refurbishment strategies and coordinates with asset, property, and investment management, authorities, tenants, and service providers. The position requires a relevant degree, extensive experience in complex construction projects, knowledge of construction law and technical standards, cost and project controlling experience, and strong communication and decision-making skills.
