Description
The role leads complex renovation and refurbishment projects across all project phases, coordinating external planners, architects, experts, and construction companies while managing schedules, costs, tenders, contracts, and technical due diligence. It develops economically viable repositioning and refurbishment strategies and coordinates with asset, property, and investment management, authorities, tenants, and service providers. The position requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services, or a comparable qualification, several years of experience managing complex construction projects, knowledge of construction law and technical standards, and experience in cost and project controlling.
