Description
The role monitors building conditions and technical systems, performs minor repairs and safety checks, handles and coordinates incident reports, takes initial action in damage cases, coordinates service providers, manages apartment handover appointments, and supports apartment renovation projects. It requires a vocational training background, preferably in plumbing, heating, or electrical work, several years of experience, technical aptitude, MS Office skills, German language proficiency, and a Class B driving license.
