Softing is hiring a Technical Project Manager for Hardware Development and Test Systems in Kirchentellinsfurt. The role involves designing test and inspection systems for automotive OEM customers, solving functional vehicle-control-unit-testing challenges, developing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, coordinating project construction and technical project teams, preparing calculations and quotations, communicating with customers, sourcing materials, planning personnel, and supporting commissioning and functional testing. The position requires an engineering or technician qualification, at least five years of experience in automotive test and inspection systems, HIL-system knowledge, strong initiative and communication skills, and fluent German and English. It offers an indefinite contract, flexible working hours, and a partially mobile work arrangement.
