Description
The role is responsible for the technical management and upkeep of a predominantly existing building portfolio, including planning, coordinating, and supervising renovation, conservation, and modernization measures such as facade, roof, and strip renovations. It also supports apartment renovations and the preparation of vacant units, coordinates craftsmen and external service providers, and works closely with property management and the renovation department. The position requires relevant training or a comparable degree, several years of experience in technical property management or a similar field, MS Office proficiency, German and English language skills, a Class B driving license, and a collaborative, solution-oriented working style.
