Description
The role coordinates and documents regular maintenance, inspections, and defect remediation; performs independent maintenance and repair work; manages external service providers; handles warranty management for new buildings; conducts regular property inspections and technical reporting; plans and implements operating-expenditure measures; and coordinates with internal stakeholders. The position requires a technical education or degree, several years of experience in technical property management or a comparable role, knowledge of building-system maintenance and testing, and familiarity with MS Office and CAFM systems.
