Ascentt is hiring an experienced Techno-Functional Analyst to support manufacturing operations, digital manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives. The role analyzes production processes, manages requirements and business documentation, coordinates with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT teams, supports MES and other manufacturing solution design and deployment, leads SIT and UAT, and manages change adoption. Candidates need at least 7 years of relevant experience, participation in 1–2 full-cycle manufacturing transformation or digitalization projects, and hands-on expertise in areas such as downtime management, machine reliability, OEE, production scheduling, and manufacturing analytics.
