NCS is seeking a techno-functional Business Analyst to support AI-enabled solution delivery, integrations, and production-ready systems. The role covers requirements gathering, stakeholder management, gap and scope analysis, functional specifications, testing, implementation, production support, and defect triage, while requiring knowledge of APIs, data flows, SQL, Postman, cloud or platform delivery, and AI/GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems. The position also involves bridging business, product, and technical teams and assessing automation opportunities.
