The Techno-Functional Consultant bridges business process engineering and technical system design, spending 80% of time on client delivery and 20% on practice innovation. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, mapping complex data flows, designing multi-system integrations and API mappings, translating business needs into technical specifications, guiding client stakeholders, and testing delivery frameworks. The role requires 3 to 5+ years of relevant consulting or integration experience, strong systems analysis and integration skills, exposure to enterprise platforms, bilingual English and French proficiency, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
