Description
Techno-functional QA role focused on analyzing business requirements, creating test plans and test cases, and executing manual functional, regression, integration, UAT, NFR, automation, and production validation testing. The role requires QA process knowledge, defect logging and reporting, audit/compliance evidence maintenance, basic to intermediate SQL, Jira, API testing with Postman, and exposure to Selenium and performance testing. Responsibilities also include client SPOC coordination, RCA, Go/No-Go support for releases, after-hours/weekend support on a rotational basis, SLA/KPI tracking, and shift handover.
