Description

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an experienced Technologist to provide technical support for US THV Field Representatives and internal stakeholders. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software, configuring workstations, managing deployments, training users, and assisting with tablet/mobile device solutions. The technologist will ensure minimal disruption to sales and business operations by promptly addressing issues and escalating complex problems.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Seven years of experience in IT hardware/software.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Ability to manage users and PCs using Active Directory and approved endpoint management tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Adobe.
Strong cable management skills.
High level of professionalism in customer, vendor, and internal IT partner interactions.
Basic understanding of AI-enabled productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Ability to validate AI-generated information before use.
Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies regarding AI tool usage.
Ability to utilize AI-assisted outputs as a support aid, with responsibility for final recommendations.
