Roush is hiring a full-time Technologist in Allen Park, Michigan to support the design, development, testing, and repair of autonomous vehicles and other equipment. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and high-voltage vehicle systems; validating products; performing functional inspections and prove-outs; collaborating with customers and engineers; scheduling testing activities; and mentoring team members. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least eight years of automotive, prototype, or testing experience, and experience with electrical splicing, crimping, soldering, mechanical layout, and vehicle instrumentation.
