Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking a senior semiconductor process technology leader to define and develop novel III-V process nodes for InP and GaAs technologies. The role leads unit process development across epitaxy, lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, implant, and backend processes; transfers process technologies into volume manufacturing; evaluates tools and coordinates supplier and research collaborations; and partners with engineering, R&D, quality, and operations teams. It requires a relevant master's or PhD, 10+ years of semiconductor process engineering or technology development experience, deep III-V processing expertise, and proficiency with DOE, SPC, and data analysis tools.
