Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking a senior semiconductor process technology leader to define and develop novel III-V process nodes for InP and GaAs technologies, drive unit process development across epitaxy, lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, implant, and backend steps, and transfer process technologies into volume manufacturing. The role partners with engineering, R&D, quality, operations, suppliers, vendors, and research organizations, and requires deep III-V processing expertise, data-driven process improvement, and leadership of multidisciplinary technical programs.
