Description
Lead the development of new III-V process nodes for InP and GaAs technologies, driving unit process development across various stages like epitaxy, lithography, etching, deposition, CMP, implant, and backend steps. This role involves managing process technology transfer to volume manufacturing, collaborating with internal teams such as Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Operations, and engaging with external stakeholders like equipment suppliers, material vendors, and research partners.
