Description
The Fab Support Supervisor leads a shift equipment team in preventive and corrective maintenance, supervises shift technicians, coordinates TPM activities, handles equipment, process, and personnel issues, and serves as the primary contact between FAB personnel and the Fab Support group. The role also supports equipment installation, testing, and commissioning, while integrating AI-assisted tools and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates need an engineering diploma or equivalent experience, strong mechanical and vacuum-system troubleshooting skills, schematic-diagram ability, PC and MS Office skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift.
