Description
The Process Development Associate supports R&D activities at a Petcare site, including line trials, process capability evaluations, pilot- and factory-scale process development, SPC analysis, scalable operating specifications, HACCP and risk-assessment support, and sustainable process improvements. The role collaborates with Quality, Supply, Engineering, and Product Development, may involve minor project and budget responsibilities, and requires an associate’s degree with 2–3 years of technical or manufacturing experience, with travel up to 15%. The base pay range for Illinois is USD 70,963.00–USD 97,574.00, with medical and dental benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and a company bonus.
