Micron is hiring a Probe Shift Equipment Technologist to provide hands-on shift-based support for semiconductor probe equipment, including operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment recovery, data analysis, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, production, and process teams to resolve equipment issues, support yield and quality, and contribute to digital, automation, and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. Candidates need a relevant engineering diploma or equivalent hands-on experience, strong probe-equipment technical competence, analytical problem-solving skills, shift availability, and basic digital and AI literacy.
