Datacom is hiring a Technology Adoption Lead to work with customers, internal teams, and technology vendors to drive adoption, behaviour change, workflow optimisation, enablement, and value realisation across Cisco technology solutions. The role develops adoption strategies and roadmaps, delivers training and campaigns, creates reporting and success metrics, supports technology lifecycle initiatives, and identifies commercial and operational benefits. Candidates need at least five years of experience in technology adoption, customer success, change management, or a related discipline, along with experience delivering enablement programmes, navigating complex customer environments, and creating measurable adoption plans.
