Description
The Technology Analyst will support a newly formed Nikko Jefferies joint venture financial services firm by providing functional and data analysis, project management, business requirements documentation, governance, reporting, and implementation support for PeopleSoft Financials, Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll/Benefits and Time Tracking, data warehouses, and ancillary platforms. The role coordinates HR and Finance IT work, project meetings, status reporting, SDLC/change management activities, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and team workflows using ServiceNow, JIRA, SharePoint, and related tools. Candidates need at least five years of global financial services experience with HR and financial systems exposure, fluency in Japanese and English, strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and a four-year degree in Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
