Trimont is hiring for its Technology Analyst Program (TAP), a two-year development program for recent graduates interested in technology, business operations, and digital transformation. Participants will work on AI and automation initiatives, develop intelligent agents and workflow automations, collaborate with technology, product, and business teams, translate business needs into requirements, analyze performance data, support testing and implementation, and document AI-enabled solutions. The program requires a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; IT, Data/Analytics, AI, or related fields are preferred.
