Metsä Group is hiring a Technology & Development Engineer for its Smålandsbruken operations in Nyboholm (Kvillsfors) and Pauliström. The role leads and coordinates technical investment and improvement projects from preliminary studies through implementation, commissioning, and closure, preparing plans, schedules, budgets, risk analyses, and decision materials while managing internal resources, suppliers, contractors, and technical specialists. Candidates should have a university or Master of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent experience, project management experience, Swedish and English fluency, and proficiency with digital project tools and Office programs; paper and pulp or manufacturing investment experience is advantageous.
