Description
The Technology & Development Manager will lead the Systems team and external contractors while managing software development, AI adoption, automation, procurement, licensing, compliance, and the migration from NetSuite to an in-house inventory management platform and ERP. The role oversees Agile/Scrum transformation, code quality, deployment, stakeholder requirements, technical documentation, and the transition to an efficient development framework. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of software development or technology experience, two years of technical staff or engineering management experience, and three years of web development or software development leadership experience.
