ISOVOLTA AG is hiring a full-time Technology and Innovation Manager to lead its technology and innovation areas, manage the innovation portfolio, oversee research and development projects through industrialization, implement technological innovations, and build strategic partnerships. The role requires a completed PhD or doctoral degree in a technical or natural science field, several years of leadership and results responsibility in industrial research and development or a comparable area, and experience with innovation portfolios, budgets, resources, and business cases. The position is based in Wr. Neudorf, Austria, offers a permanent full-time arrangement, and provides a collective agreement minimum gross salary of EUR 5,710.82 per month.
