Accenture is hiring a Manager – 3D to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting engineering, supply chain, and XR digital twin production. The role owns the full lifecycle from reality capture through point-cloud and mesh processing, digital twin development, XR application deployment, and high-fidelity 3D asset optimization. It requires 12+ years of professional 3D production experience, substantial reality-capture and XR development experience, leadership of 5+ artists or technicians, and a 15-year full-time education requirement. The position is based at Accenture’s Bengaluru office.
