Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Semiconductor Technology Intern to support the Technology Architecture and Competitiveness Structural Analysis team. The intern will conduct reverse-engineering and structured technical investigations of semiconductor technologies, prepare and analyze structural and layout data, support design migration and design-compaction evaluations, develop repeatable analysis workflows, and prepare technical reports and presentations. The role requires a sophomore or higher pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, a 3.0 GPA, English fluency, and availability for at least 40 hours per week.
