GovTech is hiring a Data Scientist through its Technology Associate Programme (TAP) to build and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for public policy and public services. The role involves translating real-world challenges into data science problems, engineering features, training models, deploying and monitoring them in production, and exploring modern AI technologies. The three-year TAP journey includes job rotations, mentorship, training, and exposure to government-wide projects. Applicants must be Singapore citizens or permanent residents, be graduating from university or have less than one year of work experience, hold a relevant bachelor's degree or higher, and demonstrate programming, statistics, machine learning, cloud, and communication skills.
