Description
The Technology Business Operations Director leads the technology organization's vendor management, strategic sourcing, financial planning, budget governance, cost optimization, and technology spend portfolio. The role partners with technology, finance, procurement, legal, and business stakeholders; manages vendor performance, contracts, risks, and compliance; leads budgeting, forecasting, chargeback and spend analytics; and builds a high-performing team. It requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of leadership experience in IT financial management, vendor management, strategic sourcing, or related disciplines, along with experience managing large technology budgets and multi-million-dollar vendor portfolios.
