Description
Bosch is hiring a manufacturing process engineer to lead the development and industrialization of testing and final-assembly processes. The role coordinates manufacturing, testing, and equipment development; defines process chains and assembly requirements; ensures scalable production concepts; manages project timelines, budgets, and milestones; and drives testing strategy and equipment realization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, at least 8 years of experience in assembly and testing industrialization, knowledge of EOL testing and production validation systems, experience in automated manufacturing environments, strong project coordination skills, and fluent English communication.
