Description
D.R. Horton is hiring a Technology Counsel for its Legal Department to review, draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial and technology transactions, including software-as-a-service, licensing, cloud, data-processing, security, vendor, and other technology agreements. The role also supports privacy, e-commerce, customer relationship management, digital marketing, information technology, and related compliance matters across the home-building and mortgage and title businesses. The position requires a Juris Doctor, at least five years of relevant legal experience, a current law license, and the ability to travel overnight; preferred qualifications include experience with software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, data privacy and security, and AI-related contract provisions.
