Description
Cencora is hiring a Technology Delivery Lead & Scrum Master to lead one large, complex technology initiative and one to two additional medium or smaller initiatives. The role owns delivery plans, milestones, forecasts, budgets, risks, dependencies, testing, release planning, stakeholder reporting, and portfolio alignment, while supporting Agile and hybrid delivery approaches. Candidates should have 8–10+ years of experience delivering complex technology initiatives, familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or JIRA, and strong project management, risk, estimation, and cross-functional stakeholder experience. The role operates in a global, matrixed IT organization with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
