Neptune Technology Group is hiring a Technology Development Manager to lead a first-level engineering management team responsible for early-stage technology research, product regulatory compliance, intellectual property management, and hardware architecture support. The role manages engineers, technicians, and co-ops; directs research and compliance programs; supports product specifications; and collaborates with product management, manufacturing, quality, and other engineering disciplines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least six years of relevant engineering experience, and demonstrated engineering leadership; preferred qualifications include AMI, IoT, wireless communications, embedded systems, and patent-process experience.
