Cuesta Partners is hiring a Technology Due Diligence & Private Equity Practice Principal to lead technology due diligence for M&A transactions, advise private equity clients on technology risks and opportunities, support post-transaction integration and value creation, and contribute to business development and practice development. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation, and the ability to communicate complex technical insights to senior stakeholders.
