Rio Tinto is hiring a Technology Enablement Senior Adviser in downtown Montreal to own PDM’s global technology roadmap and standards across platforms, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and knowledge management. The role advises senior leadership, aligns regional delivery and enterprise technology teams, manages strategic vendor relationships including InEight, and establishes guardrails for AI, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, risk, sustainability, and maintainability. It is a hybrid global role requiring fluency in French and English and experience with technology roadmaps, enterprise standards, stakeholder influence, digital transformation, and technology adoption.
