Molex is hiring a Technology Engineer in Bangalore to support early-stage exploration, concept development, and validation of advanced electrical power transmission and interconnect technologies, including superconducting and cryogenic approaches. The role involves technical literature review, feasibility studies, multiphysics simulation, laboratory experiments, prototype hardware and test fixtures, data analysis, and collaboration with product, reliability, manufacturing, and research partners. Candidates need an M.Tech. or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or physics discipline and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
