METRO is hiring a Skill Chapter Lead for the Procurement and Upstream Supply Chain Engineering chapter to serve as a technology leader and line manager. The role oversees engineering capabilities from technical architecture through implementation, testing, and operations; develops chapter strategy and standards; guides squads and platforms; supports complex technology challenges; drives operational stability and security; contributes to roadmaps; manages recruitment, onboarding, external partners, and team performance; and coordinates with other chapter and squad leads. The position requires a technology engineering degree, at least 18 years of IT experience, six or more years of relevant leadership experience, and experience leading global teams.
