Description
The Lending Applications Technology and Release Management Lead is a senior leadership role overseeing release governance, delivery execution, and production readiness across the lending technology landscape. The role partners with development, QA, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders; automates deployment and monitoring tasks with Unix/Linux shell scripts; troubleshoots and debugs Java applications and microservices; investigates production incidents; and leads emergency fixes, patches, configuration changes, and systemic improvements. It requires 10+ years of application development experience, Java proficiency, release management expertise, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
