The role requires hands-on involvement across the software development lifecycle, including creating design artifacts, developing and reviewing code, contributing to go-live plans, and liaising with stakeholders. Candidates must have at least 8–10 years of experience with mainframe technologies, including Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM; IDMS, VS Code, and AI automation are preferred.
