Description
Worley is seeking an experienced Technology Lead to own technology delivery across large-scale surface and underground mining facilities for a major copper growth program. The role covers technology scope from concept through commissioning and handover, including coordination with project leadership, engineering, delivery, and customer stakeholders; development of responsibility matrices; multidisciplinary team leadership; and alignment with client requirements. The position begins with home-office engagement before transitioning to site-based delivery and commissioning on a FIFO roster of two weeks on and one week off, with 12-hour shifts and a day-shift uplift.
