Description
CSX is seeking a Technology Leadership Development Associate to join a full-time, 18-month professional development program within its Technology organization. The associate will work with technology teams such as applications development, product management, data science, cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, user experience, integrations, project management, robotics, and service support, contributing to secure, reliable, and efficient software and technology initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent high school diploma/GED with IT certifications and two or more years of relevant experience, and is performed in an onsite office environment.
