Description
Saint Paul Technology Earn & Learn is a 12-week paid program for Saint Paul residents ages 18–24 with a high school diploma or GED and at least one documented barrier to employment. Participants receive foundational technology training in Microsoft Office, Copilot, AI literacy, digital collaboration, and other skills, followed by a paid internship at Ramsey County Information Services or the City of Saint Paul Office of Technology & Communications. The program includes professional development, industry credentials, a capstone project, and a graduation event, with participants paid $19.83 per hour for training, internship, and professional development hours.
