Inter is hiring an International Engineering Manager to lead the Argentina and new local markets area within its International Engineering team. The role manages software engineering teams, translates international expansion strategy into technical initiatives, structures market-entry models, assesses regulatory and integration requirements, supports other area leaders, and manages stakeholders across technical teams, business, partners, and regulators. The position requires software development and people-management experience, financial-market and banking-integration experience, an engineering or computer science degree, advanced English, and knowledge of artificial intelligence tools.
