Inter is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering across multiple squads in the Personal Credit and Real Estate Credit domains. The role owns roadmap execution, delivery predictability, architecture, code quality, security, governance, vendor relationships, operational reliability, SLI/SLO monitoring, incident escalation, and talent development.
