Description
The Engineering Manager will lead and develop engineering and architecture teams for conversational channels, translating business objectives into technology strategy and roadmaps. The role manages capacity, priorities, budgets, KPIs, delivery quality, security, risk, technical debt, vendors, critical incidents, and team development, while collaborating with Product, Security, Risk, Compliance, and business areas. It requires a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, more than five years of management experience on strategic projects, and expertise in high-availability systems, software architecture, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, observability, and information security.
