Description
Pekin Insurance is hiring a Technology Manager to set digital product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; lead product teams and cross-functional stakeholders; manage digital applications and software engineering teams; oversee budgets, service-level agreements, vendors, security, compliance, and quality; and coach and evaluate IT staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3–5 years of leadership experience, with technology-product, agile, project management, and insurance experience preferred. Compensation is $126,000–$172,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and flexible or hybrid work benefits.
